Details of Soladur system    

Soladur is an open circuit system; water circulates through the solar panel to absorb heat directly from the sun via Thermosiphon Principle. Due to high ability to convert sun energy to thermal energy of our special PolyPropylene plastic absorber, 92.4%, the solar heated water can get close to 80oC (*).

 
   
We have designed a unique marine aluminum frame with a snap-on top cover for easy excess to the system for sanitary purpose. This unique design will minimize the installing time which enable our professional service team to bring hot water to you faster so you can start your savings sooner. To ensure the maximum heat retension for the system, we have insulated all 4 sides of frame with PE foam. This will reduce any heat lost from exiting through the frame. We took another step to further enhance the performance by using a 6mm thick Polycarbonate sheet which is known to have great insulation value as the bottom cover of the frame. This wil help reflect heat back onto the underside of the absorber.

The storage tank is contructed with stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance properties. Unlike other regular storage tanks, our storage tank is contructed with 2 stainless steel

 
layers which can retain the temperature of solar heated water. To ensure your water stays hotter, longer, we insulate the inner layer of storage tank with a layer of foam. This minimizes the heat loss and save you even more money.
